Welcome to the new Ishac.org...

Why new? Well... this picture sums it up nicely.

That's a Hard Drive... well it WAS rather

In particular, the hard drive used to host ishac.org. I was able to recover most of the data, and given that this was my fifth recovery effort, I'm becoming quite proficient at it (although I would be just fine with never needing to do it again!). I then celebrated the recovery by taking a 10lb sledge to the old drive :).

Instead of rebuilding ishac.org locally, I opted to move hosting of the site to a service provider that specializes in such a service - as those are getting quite cheap these days. I also used the opportunity to try and update the site a bit. Viewing pictures in the gallery should be more straight forward and more enjoyable with the new flash application. The redesign would also allow me to grace you with video and even other content, just like this news story. The possibilities!

So check back every day!!

Actually don't, that would just be a waste of your time as I won't update that frequently :) However, I do hope you enjoy the new look!
